Komedia is Bath’s first community owned venue dedicated solely to live entertainment.
Hosting over 400 events per year in the beautifully restored Grade II listed former Beau Nash cinema, they put on an unparalleled programme of comedy, music, cabaret, kids’ events, club nights and just about everything in between, with a focus on offering something for everyone in our local community.
The premier destination for touring entertainment in the region, Komedia has hosted some of the biggest names in the comedy and music industries since opening in 2008, and continues to pull world-class talent to the city. Their ever-expanding ‘wall of fame’ is crammed full with posters from when the likes of Buzzcocks, Joe Lycett, Katherine Ryan, Russell Howard, Band of Skulls, Brian Fallon, The Mary Wallopers, Peace, Kosheen, and The Damned – all of whom have come to visit.
