Chicago post-rock pioneers Tortoise are heading to The Prospect Building on Sunday 23 November 2025.

Widely considered one of the most influential music groups of the last 40 years, Tortoise helped shape the sound of contemporary music as we know it.

The announcement follows the release of “Oganesson” – their first new music in 9 years – alongside the Oganesson Remixes EP featuring reworks by Saul Williams, Makaya McCraven, Heba Kadry, Patrick Carney (The Black Keys) and Broken Social Scene. Both give a taste of the long-awaited new album, due this autumn via International Anthem & Nonesuch Records.
